Step 1: ORDER
• You tell us a little about you and your needs using our on-line order form, or via email
• Within 24h, We'll get back to you detailing your domain name availability, and request a 100.00 euro deposit which will secure your chosen domain, web-space and our services.

Step 2: APROVE
• Once we've received your deposit and purchased your domain & hosting, we'll email you conforming the registration and detail your new email account(s) settings for you to start using immediately.
• When we are happy that we have as much information as possible about how you might want your site to be, we'll draft up 2 to 3 mock-up pages for you to approve.

Step 3: BUILD, PUBLISH & PAY
• When you are happy and approved one of our mock-ups, we'll get to work starting by requesting any missing content, (if any) that we may need to complete your new site.
• Within the advertised time frame, (usually 1-2 weeks for 'Simple' & 2-3 weeks for 'Custom' & 'Special' packages) your site will be complete and provisionally published on the internet for you to start using.
• We will then invoice you for the outstanding balance. Simple!*
