Jenny Whitby has been a qualified, practicing masseusse in West London for almost twenty years. She is also the author of two exercise books: ‘The Prenatal Exercise Handbook’ and ‘Below The Belt’ - both published by Sidgwick & Jackson.

Jenny is also ITEC, RSA and BAWLA qualified and is a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR).
